Salary:
125,000-175,000 per year

Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult‑Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to become part of our integrative care team. Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of experience in primary or urgent care settings and possess a strong interest in functional medicine. While formal certification in functional medicine is not required, we offer structured mentorship and hands‑on training to help you grow in this field.
This position requires in‑person, in‑clinic interaction with patients on a daily basis.

Qualifications
Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of your employment.
Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of your employment.
Graduated from an accredited university.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
