Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings. The role includes leading clinic staff, reviewing patient histories, and issuing treatment plans.
Candidates should hold an MSN, be licensed as an NP with DEA, and have 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in urgent care or family practice. Relocation assistance up to $4,000 is offered.
