Job description
Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings at our Jeffersonville, IN location. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions, order diagnostics, and educate patients on treatment plans.
The role requires 1–2 years of provider experience, an MSN, and an active DEA. DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days.
