Job description
Fast Pace Health in Goshen, KY is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in clinic and via telehealth. Relocation assistance up to $4,000 is offered to support the transition.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient volume goals and provide patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Nursing, active NP licensure with DEA, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
