Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings. The role includes leading clinical staff, meeting patient volume targets, and implementing telehealth protocols in coordination with supervising physicians.
The ideal candidate holds an MSN, active NP license with DEA, and is prepared to obtain DOT certification within 120 days. Relocation assistance is provided, supporting a smooth transition to our Kentucky locations.
