Job description
Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for on-site and telehealth roles with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The selected provider will deliver high-quality health care, work in a team-based environment, and participate in community outreach and ongoing training.
