Job description
Fast Pace Health in Indiana is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic and via telehealth. You will lead clinic staff, manage patient care, and work within our value-based approach while maintaining compassionate service.
The role requires MSN, NP license, and 1–2 years of experience; DOT/DEA requirements; relocation assistance up to $4,000; full-time hours including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
