Job description
HEALTHY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER in Harrisonburg, VA invites a qualified Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in our community health setting.
You will provide wellness and chronic disease management, same-day and urgent care, and enable access via Telehealth and phone. Requires Virginia license, DEA, board certification, and BLS; salary range $125,000-$135,000 per year; excellent team, mission-driven environment.
