Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications while providing patient and family education.
