About This Role
At Redirect Health, we are on a mission to make healthcare simple, affordable, and truly accessible for everyone. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a strong family practice background who wants to step into a more flexible, virtual-first model of care.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups
Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate
Educate patients on prevention and long-term health
Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Document care in EMR systems
What We’re Looking For
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Strong experience in family practice or primary care
5+ state licenses preferred
Priority licenses: New Jersey, New York, California, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Arizona
Available to work a weekend schedule (mid-shift) with additional weekday hours, if desired.
A sample 20-hour schedule could be: Friday 10a-2p, Saturday/Sunday 10a-6:30p

What You’ll Earn
Salary: $120,000 per year for Full-Time
