HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient women's health practice in Brooklyn, New York.This opportunity is ideal for an FNP with experience or a strong interest in gynecology, reproductive health, prenatal care, and preventive medicine. The provider will serve a high-volume patient population while delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians and specialists.

Position Highlights

Annual base salary of $150,000-190,000

Outpatient women's health and gynecology setting

Established Mandarin-speaking patient population

Preventive, reproductive, prenatal, and primary care services

Collaborative physician and specialty support

No inpatient responsibilities

Long-term patient relationships and continuity of care

Responsibilities

Perform annual gynecological and comprehensive physical examinations

Provide cervical cancer screening, Pap testing, HPV testing, and breast-health screening

Diagnose and manage common gynecological and primary care conditions

Provide prenatal and postpartum care within the provider’s scope of practice

Screen for postpartum depression, domestic violence, and behavioral health concerns

Provide STI screening, treatment, counseling, and preventive education

Educate patients regarding HPV vaccination, contraception, reproductive health, and disease prevention

Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Coordinate care with primary care physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, psychologists, and gynecologic oncologists

Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients and their families

Qualifications

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese required

Women's health, OB/GYN, prenatal, or outpatient primary care experience preferred

Comfortable performing gynecological examinations and preventive screenings

Able to work efficiently within a high-volume outpatient environment

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills

Commitment to culturally responsive and patient-centered care

Compensation

Base salary: $150,000-190,000 annually

Final compensation determined by relevant experience, women's health expertise, language proficiency, and agreed schedule
