Join a growing,patient-centered healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health andquality of life of older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal MedicinePhysician to provide comprehensive primary care services for InstitutionalSpecial Needs Plan members throughout Tucson, Arizona.
This is an excellentopportunity to practice value-based medicine, focusing on preventive care,chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination formedically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $211,369- $317,053

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
Active Arizona medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain)
Current DEA registration
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience caring forgeriatric, post-acute care, SNF, LTC, or medically complex patient populationsis preferred
Excellent clinical judgment,communication, and team collaboration skills
Commitment to deliveringcompassionate, patient-centered care
