Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Compensation
$310,000 Base Salary Guarantee
Requirements to Apply
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California

Job Overview
This Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role is a community-based outpatient primary care position serving an adult and geriatric patient population. Physicians provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and care coordination in a collaborative environment with access to specialty support. The practice emphasizes quality outcomes, continuity of care, and work-life balance.
Work Schedule
32 or 36 patient‑facing hours per week
Average 18 to 20 patients per day
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Light telephone‑only call shared evenly among physicians
Established practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians
Diverse patient population with strong community ties
Integrated specialty referral access and care coordination

2‑year base salary guarantee of $310,000 per year
