Job description
Eliot Community Human Services is seeking Family Partners for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. You will provide in-home and community-based support to families, collaborate with the ACCS team, and advocate for parents and caregivers to navigate mental health and community systems.
The role emphasizes culturally competent, recovery-oriented care. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, with an hourly rate around $22.77.
