Job description
Sacramento Children's Home is seeking a Family Partner to ensure families are equal participants in planning, development and implementation of mental health services. The role builds trust with parents, assists in navigating systems, and provides peer support to eligible caregivers within the FSPW program.
The Family Partner works on integrating advocacy services, supports housing stabilization, and collaborates with teams to address barriers and connect families to resources and services.
