Job description
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Family Partner to join the Intensive Care Coordination team to support parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs. This role uses lived experience to help families navigate systems, build resilience, and identify strengths.
The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, a HS diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of relevant experience; a driver’s license and vehicle are preferred.
