Job description
Marathon Health in Richmond, VA seeks a board-certified or eligible Family Practice/Internal Medicine physician to join our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care team. You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers, with a focus on prevention and high-quality service in a capitated-fee environment.
You'll work with a care team, enjoy a smaller panel and longer visits, and operate in a model that emphasizes value over volume.
