Job description
Avalon Health Clinic in Saanich, BC, is seeking a founding Family Physician to help build a modern, community-based outpatient primary care medical home.
This team-based clinic will provide longitudinal care across the lifespan, with flexible scheduling, integrated EMR, MOA support, and collaborative pathways to deliver high-quality patient care in a coastal Vancouver Island community.
