Momentum HCS is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join multiple thriving, hospital-employed primary care clinics in Harrison and Mountain Home, Arkansas. These opportunities support both clinic expansion and planned physician retirements, offering long-term stability and excellent work-life balance.
Opportunity #1 - Harrison, Arkansas (Clinic Expansion)
Practice Overview
Thriving primary care clinic seeking to expand due to growth
Current team includes 2 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 APRNs
Hospital-employed position
Part of a well-established local network with:
4 primary care clinics
3 specialty clinics in Harrison, AR
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Imaging Center located in town
Functions as a satellite clinic location for specialists
Opportunity posted in anticipation of future physician retirement
Opportunity #2 - Harrison, Arkansas (Physician Retirement)
Practice Overview
Established primary care clinic recruiting due to physician retirement
Current team includes 1 Family Medicine Physician and 2 APRNs
Hospital-employed position
Integrated within a growing outpatient network:
4 primary care clinics
3 specialty clinics
ASC and Imaging Center available locally
Strong referral base and stable patient panel
Opportunity #3 - Mountain Home, Arkansas (Replacement Position)
Practice Overview
Employed with a respected independent medical group
Well-established primary care clinic with:
4 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
Monday-Friday clinic schedule
No call coverage required
Replacement position due to retiring physician
Collegial practice environment with strong community presence
Compensation & Benefits Package
Salary $250k plus production bonus opportunity for Physician and also Nurse Practitioner $95K Base Salary and adjusts upon years of experience
Commencement bonus and relocation assistance
Education stipend available, if applicable
Eligible for the Arkansas Rural Practice Community Match Program, if qualified
