Job description
CHC is seeking a physician to provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across a multi-site outpatient clinic in Fitchburg, MA. You will work under the Medical Director and collaborate with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, prescribing medications, referring to specialists, coordinating patient care, and participating in health promotion initiatives while ensuring safety and infection
