Job description
Family Physician Specializing in HIV/AIDS
Full-time
Direct Hire position, great pay with benefits & bonuses

Responsibilities
Examines, diagnoses and treats patients of all ages
Acts as primary consultant on all adult cases referred by other staff providers
Completes all EMR required fields after each visit including the e-signing of notes
Provides quality medical care according to standards of quality assurance
Supervises medical assistants and lab personnel in area of specific support services for patient care delivery
Attends all internal provider meetings, committees, as necessary
Performs all duties and services in full compliance with Joint Commission and funding source standards
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have a valid Texas license
Must be BC
Must have a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of medicine and allied services
Must have ability to relate to culturally diverse patient community
Must have a valid DEA/DPS license
HIV/AIDS care experience is preferred
Bilingual - Spanish speaking, is preferred
