4 miles to downtown Chicago (Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and|or Mandarin Well established out patient Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice physician to add to their growing staff. This health organization has both primary care and specialty physicians on staff. Services provided are Adult and Family Medicine, Behavior Health, Dentistry, Family Planning, OB|Gyn and Midwifery, Pediatrics, Pharmacy and a walk-in wellness clinic. They have several offices in the Chicago proper areas as well as Western suburbs. They offer flexible schedules of either 4-10hr shifts or 5-8hr shifts Reasonable patient volume Excellent salary and full comprehensive benefits: Malpractice with tail coverage Student Loan repayment through NHSC 5 days CME plus 2k Sick days 80 hours of PTO Health, Life, Disability, Dental, 403b, Short and Long Term Disability Sign on and retention bonus offered J-1 and H-1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply
