Job Summary:
Join our PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Western North Carolina. We provide comprehensive, team-based care for older adults so they can live safely and well in their communities.
Qualified Candidates : Board eligible/certified in any specialty
This is an independent role, and candidates must have experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients
Please note that this position does not offer visa support
Position Highlights: PRN role to pick up shifts as needed
Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm
You will work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life
Provide primary care for PACE participants including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight
