Location: IN
Position Overview
Outpatient medicine focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease preventionEvaluate and manage moderately complex to complex health-related problemsMaintain medical histories and accurate medical recordsRefer patients to specialists as clinically appropriateRequired Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO programActive licensure meeting the requirements of the state of jurisdictionBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine5 or more years of technical experience (as documented)Credentialing / Onboarding Items
This is a patient-facing role and requires Tuberculosis (TB) screening if selectedBenefits
