Geriatrics / PACE Physician opening near Boston Located in Lynn, MA - Boston 10mFull-time; PermanentEmployed Overview: Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician (IM/FM; Geriatrics preferred) PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model Focus on high-risk geriatric population and keeping patients in community settings Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) No nights, weekends, or holidays Comp/Benefits: Salary range: $200K - $294K Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Supplemental benefits Group/Facility Info: Community-based PACE program focused on geriatric care Integrated care model including medical, social, and home-based services Strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes and care coordination Supportive, mission-driven environment About the Area: Lynn is a coastal city just north of Boston offering easy access to urban amenities while maintaining a neighborhood feel.
