Job description
A well-established geriatrics team in Northwest Connecticut, just 30 miles west of Hartford, is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician, with opportunities for inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facility (SNF) work, or a combination based on physician interests.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position; part-time and flexible schedule options available
Opportunities for inpatient, outpatient, SNF work, or a mixture
Weekday schedule with no routine weekends
Role can be tailored to physician interests
Join an established team of 20+ geriatric providers
Robust senior resources supporting personalized, coordinated care
Efficient operations with an engaged support team
Optional teaching with faculty appointment
Opportunities for leadership, research and academic teaching
Infrequent phone call supporting work-life balance
Easy access to behavioral health, high-risk nurse care managers and social workers
AI-assisted charting, EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
Dual certification in palliative care is a plus

$240K+ compensation plus incentives
