Job description
Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice to join our Community Health Center team in Phoenix. This role provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, preventive care and chronic disease management.
You will work with an integrated healthcare team to deliver compassionate, culturally responsive care and improve health outcomes for our communities.
