Job description
Providence is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, collegial primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care across the lifespan while practicing in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.

nnnCompensation is $296,169 and $347,122 annually

nnComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans

nnCME allowance and paid time off

nnMarket‑based sign‑on and relocation assistance may be available

n nThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

nProvidence Centralia Internal Medicine Clinic delivers and coordinates primary care close to home-supporting routine preventive visits, chronic disease management, and referrals to specialty care. The clinic includes on-site laboratory services and a diabetes/nutrition center in the building, and provides access to broader specialty resources through the Providence system
