Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Needed in Clarksville, Tennessee

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule with 100% outpatient setting
Light call schedule averaging 2 – 3 times per year; phone-only, no hospital visits
1 dedicated MA per provider plus additional float MAs for patient rooming support
On-site lab, imaging, and walk-in clinic within a large, modern facility campus
Shareholder track available; ancillary revenue sharing from lab, imaging, and research
401(k) with 13% of total compensation contributed annually plus profit sharing
Residents accepted; growing community approximately 1 hour from Nashville
Competitive compensation with productivity-based model after salary guarantee period
