Job description
Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a healthcare professional to provide patient care in a clinic setting with four ten-hour clinic days and one week of call coverage every five weeks.
The role involves seeing 20-25 patients daily across all ages, including newborns, with ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required. The position includes inpatient and ER backup coverage during call, hospital privileges, and close collaboration with hospital teams to ensure high-quality treatment.
