Job description
Upstate Family Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Family Practice Physician to deliver comprehensive primary care under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.
You will participate in a multi-disciplinary team, provide continuous care, preventive services, and coordinate patient treatment across the life span. The role stresses supervision support, adherence to clinical protocols, and ongoing professional development with CME.
