Job Details
4 days/week -- 8 am to 5 pm, with some shifts from 7 am to 4 pm and 9 am to 6 pm.
18-20 patients per day.
Rural FQHC setting.
Women's health experience required – IUD and Nexplanon insertion.
EMR: OCHIN or EPI.
Experience with chronic health conditions – diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
MAT waiver helpful for addiction treatment support.
Long‑term commitment preferred—5 to 6 months minimum.
Weekly pay and deposit.

Access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry.
