Quick Facts
Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 5 pm; one weekend day per month; 4x10s available
Approximately 21 patients per day
Outpatient FQHC setting — multiple clinic locations
Pediatrics to geriatrics patient population
Standard primary care office procedures required
Hospital privileges required
FQHC experience preferred
Option to transition to permanent placement
