Job description
Role Overview: Seeking a healthcare professional to provide patient care with a focus on chronic disease management.
Responsibilities: Manage approximately 14 patients daily, perform chronic disease management, and maintain hospital privileges.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have hospital privileges; experience in chronic disease management preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver quality medical care, ensure documentation in online portals, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Additional Benefits: Paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating Saturdays and a day off during the week.
