Family Practice Physician Needed in Illinois for a Full-Time Position

Permanent position in Evergreen Park, Illinois.
Quick facts:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule
Join a well-established group practice focused on women's health
Collaborative care model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives
Average patient census of 18 patients per day
Comprehensive women's health services including obstetrics, gynecology, and urogynecology
Extended patient visit times to support meaningful provider-patient relationships
Board-certified Family Medicine physician with women's health focus preferred
DEA license required
