Position Overview:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
Develop long-term relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best patient outcomes
Participate in community outreach and health initiatives
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
Valid medical license and DEA registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for patient care and improving health outcomes
