Nurse Practitioner 10-15 Patients/Day AIP Bonus Relocation Assistance Anchorage, AK Anchorage, Alaska Full-Time

At Vera, you'll see just 10-15 patients per day , giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and provide truly patient-centered care. You'll partner with a dedicated Whole Health Coach and interdisciplinary care team to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

What You'll Do Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care services
Manage a patient panel using a whole-person, value-based care approach
Collaborate with an integrated care team to improve patient outcomes
Support patients through education, wellness coaching, and shared decision-making
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications MSN from an accredited program
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Current RN and APRN licensure in good standing
Current DEA registration
3+ years of primary care experience preferred
Team-based care experience preferred
EMR proficiency required
