What You ll Do:
Provide independent outpatient primary care services in a multidisciplinary team setting
Deliver comprehensive medical and nursing care to individuals, families, and groups
Emphasize health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
Lead and collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare choices
Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
Support practice operations in a cost-effective manner
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
What You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license for Vermont
1+ years of relevant outpatient primary care experience
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated healthcare team
About the Assignment:
This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital within a leading facility in Brattleboro, Vermont. You will be part of a compassionate, patient-focused outpatient primary care team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services across a broad spectrum of patient needs.
