Job description
Join a well-established, collaborative primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to provide outpatient care to a diverse patient population in a modern, supportive environment with excellent compensation and benefits.
Practice Details:
Outpatient, only primary care with no callPatient ages 12 through geriatrics5 day workweek, including one SundayTeam-based model with 2 MDs and 3 PAs Qualifications :Licensed Nurse Practitioner Fluent in Mandarin and/or CantoneseInterest in primary care; new grads with primary care experience welcomeStrong patient-centered communication skillsCompensation:$160,000 base salary (first year) with 4% annual increases$180,000 base for PAs with 2+ years of primary care experienceProductivity bonus: estimated $24,000-$48,000/year$10,000 sign on bonus (2-year commitment) Benefits: Employer-paid medical insurance & malpractice30 days PTO, plus 5 paid CME days$3,000 annual CME allowance401(k), Profit sharing Plan (after 2 years), and HSALocation: Brooklyn, New YorkThis is an outstanding opportunity to build a long-term primary care career while serving a vibrant, multilingual community in Brooklyn.
