Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare's West Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a well-established and growing primary care practice in Caldwell, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in one of the fastest-growing regions of the Treasure Valley.

Internal Medicine experience is a plus
Join an established group of three physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers
Monday through Friday schedule
Shared phone call rotation of 1:7
Established patient base with opportunity to quickly build a busy practice
Utilization of an EMR system
Collaborative and supportive clinical environment
Strong referral network and access to specialty care throughout the region
