Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person patient evaluations in or around Casper, WY
Utilize pre-documented diagnoses to complete patient assessments
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in a secure online platform
Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability
Qualifications / Requirements:
Active Family Medicine or Internal Medicine license in Wyoming
Experience in clinical evaluations preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable using telehealth or electronic documentation platforms
