Job Description Position Details
Schedule: 36 patient-facing hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative time (total 40 hours).
Coverage: Three providers will rotate to cover all seven days of clinic operations. Flexibility is essential to success in this role.
Experience: Candidates must have experience working with patients 2 months of age and older.
Care Location Requirements:
Providers must reside in Virginia and deliver care exclusively from within the state .
Technology Requirements:
Must have reliable high-speed internet .
Computer equipment will be provided.
