Family Nurse Practitioner Primary Care
Chowchilla, CA Full-Time Permanent
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative primary care team in Chowchilla, CA. This is a full-time opportunity providing comprehensive family and preventive care to a diverse community population.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals and follow-up
Perform appropriate office-based procedures
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives
Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active California NP license or eligibility
12+ months of clinical experience preferred
Primary care/family practice experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Compensation & Benefits $150,000 $212,000 annually
