Nurse Practitioner - Spanish Bilingual
Location: Clermont, FL
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) No nights or weekend shifts
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) to join our growing primary care practice in Clermont, FL.

In this role, you will lead high-touch care management and ongoing wellness initiatives for a diverse local patient population, serving as a trusted primary care partner in the community.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, continuous primary care and preventative medicine to adult and family medicine patients.
Conduct comprehensive wellness exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to build strong relationships, ensure culturally competent care, and improve health outcomes for Spanish-speaking patients.
Collaborate closely with clinical staff, care managers, and administrative support teams to maintain streamlined practice workflows.
Utilize patient data and clinical insights to deliver proactive, individualized care management plans.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Florida APRN License (or willing/eligible to obtain).
Language: Fluent/Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for patient-facing communication).
Experience: Experience in outpatient primary care, family practice, or internal medicine is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply.
Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration or eligibility.
