Position: Family Medicine APP
Location: Colebrook, NH
Bill Rate: Rate Open- give your best rate
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provider must have experience in outpatient primary care and comfort working autonomously
RHC in Colebrook NH - recently renovated office building across from UCVH.
Position to start ASAP for a (3) three month duration, with possibility of extension until permanent needs are met
NH license is preferred (or must be able to obtain). Temp licenses are not accepted. Position is for replacement of provider leaving - Full payor enrollment required.
