What You ll DoProvide comprehensive patient-facing care in a busy clinic setting
Collaborate with a team including an RN, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Physical Therapist
Manage chronic and acute conditions, perform health assessments
Refill medications and triage patient messages under protocol
Document care processes accurately using available electronic systems
Support community members by delivering high-quality, continuous care
What You Need
Required:
Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license
1+ year of experience in a clinical or family practice setting
Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Ability to work independently in a clinic environment
