Job description
Crossover Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for our Durham Fidelity Primary care clinic . We are open M-F 8am-5pm so must have availability during those hours to cover 8hr shifts

Job Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for meeting all clinical, administrative, and financial performance metrics. This position is responsible for implementing, delivering, and ensuring that the highest quality of patient-centered care is delivered.
