Nurse Practitioner Skilled Nursing Facility
East Orange, NJ
$120K $150K
She Recruits is representing a Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse Practitioner opportunity focused on value-based care and reducing avoidable hospitalizations.
Facility Overview • 120 certified beds
• High-acuity patient population
• Emphasis on treating in place
• Strong focus on quality and customer service
Responsibilities • Provide primary and acute care within SNF
• Perform wound management, suturing, injections, and immunizations
• Manage infections and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients and families
• Deliver respectful, patient-centered care
Requirements • Active NJ NP license
• SNF experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits • $115K $150K base
• RVU bonus plan
• 4 weeks PTO
• 1 week CME + $1,500 allowance
• Full benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision)
