Job description
A community-focused primary care practice in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Position Highlights:
Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate care and promote preventive health
Support health maintenance and comprehensive wellness
First-shift schedule with five 8-hour days per week
Shared on-call schedule
Additional compensation for weekend patient services
