Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-approximately 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Position Overview
A well-established Primary Care/Internal Medicine practice in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients age 16 and older. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients age 16 and older.
Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and screenings.
Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medication management.
Provide preventive care, health education, and patient counseling.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Manage approximately 17-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient care
English required
Spanish preferred
